【重要連絡】昇段試験の健康記録表について

新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大防止のため各種大会・月次(昇段試験)を

全柔連のガイドラインに沿って、自粛してまいりました。

9月23日より「段階4」の最終段階に入る予定であります。

従って、月次(昇段試験)を10月より各支部(名古屋・東三河・西三河)開催する

こととなりました。参加希望者は、2週間前より健康記録表をつけて、月次試験

当日持参してください。

尚、健康記録表用紙については、添付ファイルを使用してください。

　　◎健康記録表が提出されなければ、月次に参加できません。
