１０月からの月次試験について

１０月からの月次の受験を希望する方は、２週間前からの健康記録表（添付ファイル有）の

提出をしてもらいます。２週間前から検温をしていただき熱が一日でもあった場合は受験できません。

また、当日検温で熱があった場合も受験できません。会場への入場は、受験者・指導者・学校の引率者

のみで保護者は入場出来ませんのでご承知おきください。

※お手伝いの先生・役員の方も２週間前からの健康記録表の提出をお願いします。
