令和3年7月4日（日）に開催される令和3年度東海高段者大会については、
愛知県に「蔓延防止法等重点措置」になっており、県をまたぐ行動が規
制されておりますので、参加者を下記の通り限定いたします。
1、各県参加選手のみとします。（無観客）
2、役員等は、岐阜県東海役員・愛知県（大会開催県）のみとします。
3、他県の役員等は、大会当日は会場に出向かないようにしてください。
