第48回愛知県小学生柔道大会兼全国少年柔道大会愛知県予選について

8月22日(日)に開催予定する第48回愛知県小学生柔道大会兼全国少年柔道大会愛知県予選に参加される方にお知らせ

します。

大会に出場される選手・監督・審判・役員の方は、２週間前からの健康記録表の提出(保護者の同意サインと印があるもの)

を大会当日、受付に提出してください。提出が無い場合は、出場ができません。

尚、健康記録表は、添付ファイルを使用してください。また、今回は団体戦で参加人数が多いのでコロナ感染症拡大防止の

ため、無観客としています。したがって、保護者の方も入場できませんので武道館外で、待っていただきたいと思います。
